I bought this for my husband. He loves it. It has a lot of room, large water pack, it’s light weight and compact. I looked at a lot of them before I bought this one, I made the right choice. You can’t go wrong if you decide on this pack. We hike, so we needed enough room for extra gear, it has it.

I bought this to replace an older MULE (5+ years old) that had been stolen.
There are a number of improvements in the design from the old model, which was a wonderful pack.
It may seem expensive for a backpack, but it is worth it.

I had been looking for a camelbak mule 100 in stores and decided to check online. I was so pleased to have found the color and style I wanted, for less than in any store, and it came within 3-4 days of my placing the order — brand new and in perfect condition.

This bag does it all for me. It’s bright orange for added safety and has enough capacity (water and storage) for a long day hike or 60 mile bike ride.
There are plenty of compartments and I’ve managed to securely fasten my dslr w/ large lens in the netted pocket between the main pouch and the outer pouch.
